When given a patient in need of a hip implant, my team and I were tasked with developing a suitable hip implant using our knowledge of suitable materials used in hip implants. We designed and modeled an implant in AutoDesk Inventor and presented our project in a poster format. Throughout the project, we were tasked with diagnosing the patient, design a suitable implant, creating a solid model of the implant, and justifying why our design would meet the needs of our client.
